I am in the process of giving away this timeshare for free. It is a great unit, however my mother just can't travel anymore like she used to. (Lives in the north). It was great while we had it, but haven't been able to use it for a few years. We'd like to give it to a new owner who can get some use out of it. (This posting is in no way related to the other PBSR listing on this forum as well. Just coincidence.)

Buyer to pay closing costs and transfer fee. My dad has used Susie Bell from Timeshare Closings for Less, Inc. out of Orlando area and he said it was quick and efficient. I am in the process of getting costs from her now, but it should be around 300 for deed stamp, transfer and county recording. Transfer fee will be through the resort management company I would assume - I'm not entirely sure as I've never done this before.
