Giving away our ownership points at Diamond Resorts.
Diamond works on a point system, so you won't own a specific unit, at a specific property, for a specific week, etc. You have a certain number of points that will get you a certain number of nights at any available property in any available unit, on any available day. Different "ownership levels" have different perks and point allotments.
We are giving away a "Monarch Grand Vacations Platinum" level ownership.
You will have 4320 points every TWO (2) years to use anytime you want at any of these resorts:

This usually equates to about 1-2 weeks, depending on the point value of the night/room/property you pick.
We will offer to pay 2015 dues, and give away for a purchase price of $1. Dues have been less than ~150/quarter (~$50/mo).
Reasons we have enjoyed our ownership:
We have 3 kids and not much time for traveling. We lived in Arizona, so it was nice to have so many properties close by that we could take a nice short vacation every year or two. This was the perfect setup for us.
Reasons we are giving away:
We recently moved to Texas, and there aren't so many properties very close by.
