Hello,
This is my first time wanting to make a purchase I have copied the message from my email. He is asking for deposit on credit card. I thought all transactions are done with closing company. Is this a good choice?

Do not send cerdit card information as a condition of receiving a copy of the contract

How much good faith is needed for a transaction that should be less than $ 750 in total

You should be able to complete the total transaction for less than $ 750 including Closing costs, and resort transfer fees - Your post indicates that is a deposit

Winning Bid $ 1.05
Maintenance Fees $220.00
Closing costs $ 250.00

Total $ 596.95

Please note all of the listings with zero bids

Thank you so much for this information. I knew I needed more information to purchase a resale timeshare for the first time. This site is very helpful. I am so happy I signed up for membership.

Ebay had the listing I wanted.

Again don't send any money till you have confirmed with the resort that what your getting agrees with the ebAY listing

eBay Timeshare (Real esatate) Auctions are non binding regardless of what the sller tries to tell you otherwise
