Blue Ridge Village, NC rehab units
Just returned from BRV where we were lucky enough to get the only bldg (7) that has been rehabed. Bldg 10 is now undergoing rehab.
I know that Festiva has been knocked around on tug, probably rightly so, but the job they did at bldg 7 at BRV was spectacular. The units in bldg 7 are now Hilton/Marriott quality. Again, only bldg 7 has been done and they are quoting a 5 year span to get all the buildings done. They did ask me to attend a meeting to discuss upcoming spec assessments but I declined. |
