Chicago to Cancun
I just booked a TS for late next February until March 7 in Cancun. I am now looking at airfare. What is the typical price for this trip? I am seeing about $480 per person on United and this seems high. What has been the experience of other tuggers in this matter?

We've traveled to Cancun the last weekend in February and returned to Chicago the first weekend in March several times in recent years, and we regularly paid ~ $500 per person for a non-stop out of O'Hare. However, right now I see a non-stop on AA for that week for $293.

We flew Mexicana Airlines last Feb, I believe it was around $400, memory not great! But..... I do remember the service and experience.... it was great! We have flown to Mexico 4 times in the past two years and it definitely was the best experience. Definitely something to consider in my opinion......

I just checked www.kayak.com and am seeing fares of $268 from Chicago to Cancun for Feb. 28-Mar. 7 on Delta.
