Bar Harbor Whale Watching Co. ticket giveaway!
We went whale watching with Bar Harbor Whale Watching Co on June 26 and didn't see a whale. They have a guarantee that if you don't see a whale, you get a rain check gift certificate for another tour. They said that if you don't use them, you can give them to someone else.
Sooooooo..... I have four adult tickets and one junior ticket for the whale watching tour (just the whale watching tour, not the puffin and whale watching combo tour) at Bar Harbor Whale Watching Co. in Bar Harbor, Maine. We paid $252.00 for them, and although there is no expiration date on them, we don't plan to go back. I would like to give these to a TUGer who is already booked for a vacation in Maine; who will use them themselves and not try to sell them on eBay or something like that. You still have to make a reservation with Bar Harbor Whale Watching Co. for the specific tour date and time you plan to use them and then present these certificates when you pick up your tickets. I will divide them between two TUGers if the first person who contacts me by PM needs fewer tickets. However, I have one problem. I don't know which is the junior ticket as these certificates all look alike except for a different serial number on each. I suppose I could call them to find out. PM me if you're interested. ![]() |

What a typical, wonderful Tugger thing to do.
We will be in NH, and not close enough to Bar Harbor to take advantage of your offer -- but..... THANKS for your generosity to someone. ![]()

Two adult and one junior (age 6-14) remaining...
I've given two adult tickets to a TUGer who will be in Bar Harbor this fall and who sent me a private message.
I still have two adult tickets and one junior (age 6-14) to give away. PM me if you'd like them. |

How very kind of you to give such a nice gift to another Tugger.

I am the TUGer who got two of the whale watching tickets. We'll be in Bar Harbor in October. I want to publicly thank Glynda for her kind, generous offer.

I'ts...
You're welcome. It's been a pleasure PMing you about the area! I hope you see lots of whales. We went on this same tour with this same company ten years ago and saw several and they put on quite a show. It was exhilirating standing on the bow as we moved along and seeing my first whale ranked right up there as one of the most awesome sights I've seen.
