Preview cruise from Vaction Vill in Berkshires

Vacation Village in the Berkshires are inviting us to take a preview tour of their facility.
I've taken a number of preview tours (sometimes I've purchased, sometimes not). However, instead of being offered $75-100.00 in gifts, or free tee-times or meals, VVB is offering a full blown 7 night cruise for two, including meals/all activities. on a Royal Caribbean, Carnival or Norwegian cruise ship.
All this for a 90 minute presentation?
Almost sounds too good to be true....anybody have experience with this offer?

There will be some fees, and it may not actually be free. Read the fine print. Most of these cruises originate in Miami and transportation there will not be included.

I would be suspicious. We just returned from an exchange there....nice resort, but we heard a lot of horror stories at the pool about the sales presentation. Just ask them about the fine print on when you can go and what cabin type, etc. Also, some of those "free" cruise things have "port fees" and such hidden in the fine print.
