Spinnaker at Shipyard
We just got back from Spinnaker at Shipyard. Great week!
It is the little things that matter... Free wifi, 2 bikes with the unit. Unit was in great shape. Super pool area. Close to the beach. One word of caution: Not good was the timeshare tour from the management company (RMC). They offered $100 gift vouchers to local restaurants (and the choice of an RCI discount week, airfare package, or a mini-vacation). This was basically coupons and certificates similar to restaurant.com For instance, a $25 "gift certificate" to the Alligator Grille on a minimum purchase of $80.00. They also threw in free appetizer coupons. Very disappointed. Also, they are pitching the Holiday Systems International (HSI). Be sure to read up on it on TUG. Our sales agent kept telling us how HSI has never lost a customer. It is such a great deal that there is never any turn over. We loved Spinnaker at Shipyard but recommend you skip the timeshare sales meeting. Email me and I will send you the vouchers. |
