Travel Medical/First Aide kit

Do you have a travel first aid, medical kit? What is in it? I am trying to put together a small pouch with enough to get by for a day or 2. Trying to think what to put in it.

So far:
small bottle Visine
little bit of burn ointment
little bit of insect itch ointment
10 ibubrofen
10 aleve
5 ambien
10 tagamet
10 Imodium
thermometer
5 alcohol wipes
afrin
8 nquil capsules
roll of tums
throat lozenges
10 sudafed
benadryl allergy quick dissolve strips
small bottle purell
1 set rubber gloves
small tube neosporin
1 breathing mask
2 butterfly band aides
various size band aides

What am I missing????

Thanks

I don't have one but I carry aspirin, antacid, my medication (levothyroid), eyedrops and sometimes some vitamins in my purse. If I am traveling, my toiletry container has some bandaids.

I think your idea of gloves and a mask is a good one.

As far as what you're missing? I don't know. Make sure you have some sort of ID with your medical conditions, medications you take on a regular basis and who to contact in case of emergency.

You may also want to include tweezers for taking out splinters and a small pair of scissors--such as manicure scissors.
