Renovation schedule in Phase 1???
Someone on TA said not till next January and others have said they are already ongoing in bldg 7--which is what I own--so any info would be helpful!
Hard to believe they are going on in summer which is when the place is usually packed but who knows with the economy!

I will specifically check on building 7 and phase 1 in general.
