Orlando resort advice w/small kiddos

We are wanting to plan a trip to WDW summer of 2010. We want to bring the grandkids who by then will be 5, 3, 2 and 1 all boys. We are looking for a resort who has the space to accomodate all 11 of us and who is close to the parks ( we are trying to avoid renting several cars), relatively nice and has a pool that the little ones would enjoy.
We want to trade a 2 bedroom Las Vegas week. We are realtively new at exchanging so hope this is possible. Any suggestions would be greatly appreciated. Thanks!

Most people suggest Marriott Horizons for families with kids that age. They have a great pool area with a pirate ship, etc. Oops, I think they call it Marriott Harbour Lake now. Anyway, they are really geared up for the younger kids.

I really like the location of it, but you will have to have a rental car. Easy drive to Disney parks, as well as Sea World, IOA and Universal studios.

The Hilton - Sea World has a nice playground area and activities for the kids.

It's not clear if you are trying to trade a single unit, or have more than one to exchange, but I think you need two units.

Also, if by "the parks" you mean "Disney"---the only place I'd stay without my own car would be a DVC resort, and usually not even then. A few offsite resorts have "decent" scheduled shuttle service, but to me that is more hassle than it is worth. Bonnet Creek comes to mind as one example.
