2 Bdr, sleeps 8. This is a doubleshare/lockout unit. Each side trades as a 1 Bdr on RCI. One side has a full kit and the other a partial. The unit is on the first floor and has been recently refurbished. Week 11. Fully paid for and no assessments due. M/F approx $760. I plan to retire soon and have to get rid of some of my timeshares. Can't afford all the m/f's.
