Refurbisment Fees?

I have never recived this in past years and was looking for someone with any info on this refurbisment project fee I recived in a 3 payment schedule for 2009 on Vistana Cascades . I never recived anything in the mail in reguards to this refubishment are they supposed to give you notice?
Along with my maintainence fees I paid 680.00 more for this and still have 2 more payments. I asked them to send my a report on what this was for and what was done to have me pay these fees but Vistana Cascades Condo has not sent me anything. I just dont like the idea of paying for something I had no clue of and 2100.00 more for the year is crazy.

Any help would be appreciated.

Welcome to TUG. This has been discussed for many months here and is not new. Search for Vistana special assessment or renovation and you'll see a ton of posts about the how, when & why.
 
Thank You James that link was what I was looking for seemed i never recived any mail in reguards to that and was dumfounded. I have had 2 timeshares one in The Lakes and 1 in the Cascades for 8 years and still dont know how to get info on my own timeshare.. I finaly found this site and people who who something.
