Checked into Marriott Harbour Point at Shelter Cove today. Turned on the television and went to the menu. An ad appeared above the menu that was an ad for Timeshares Only--a resale ts agency. Since the TV programs are referred to as "Marriott Cable" it raises a question about Marriott's attitude toward resellers. It is obviously a paid advertisement and one would assume that Marriott has authority over the acceptance of advertising.
Is this just a case of crossed wires between Marriott's ts sales staff and the advertising sales staff or is Marriott serious about promoting resales through Timeshares Only?
