*$1* two week annual, two bed Vistana for sale - BARGAIN PRICE!

Two weeks annually (weeks 30 & 31) in a 2 bed, 2 bath, sleeps 6 apartment in Vistana Falls. We will pay closing costs up to $300. For information, m/f are $683 per week of ownership. In 2008 and 2009 m/f were higher to absorb costs for large scale refurbishment of resort, which has been completed.

Please provide exact resort name and affiliation with RCI, II , etc. and their website if possible.

Duel affiliated with II and RCI

Resales at the resort do not exchange within the Starwood system.

The Falls phase has fixed week/fixed unit deeds with Sunday check-in.

Thanks for supplying the info Denise. I was out of town last week so only just saw this today.

Do let me know if you have any interest - we simply can't plan our vacation time far enough ahead to timeshare any longer. Work means that we often have to cancel trips, so are looking for our weeks to go to a good home!
