At this time there are a lot a timeshares for sale everywhere!!
It may not mean that there is anything wrong at all. Just that there are more sellers than buyers.
Right now the resell sales price on about 70 % of all timeshares is under $100. Good news for buyers and really bad news if you're trying to sell.
Some are still selling for big bucks. The Hilton, Hyatt, Marriott & Westins are still selling for a lot of money but they are now selling for a discount of about 70% off what the developer is selling the same TS.

I don't know about the prices of this resort because I have not been tracking it but we were just there for a week the end of September and all the units have been renovated and they are really nice. They got hit pretty hard with a Hurricane and it took 18 months for them to rebuild. The staff were very pleasant and we had a nice stay.
