Has anyone had any luck or asked about deeding a week back to Foxrun? I have a prime week.. but I have way too many weeks and I just want them to take it back and not have to pay the 2010 maint fees.

I know a lot of other resorts will do deedback, but haven't heard about them.
 
Hi there - since no one has responded yet I would say put it onto the bargain area of this website and "give it away" for free or $1 - to my knowledge Foxrun doesn't do deed backs, but you could always give Jeanette the Manger a call at the resort. Another option might be to list through Clark Kessell at Redden Realty or directly on the Foxrun Owners group on Yahoo. If you are interetaed in that then send me a pm andI'll send you an invite. BTWwhen you find a buyer/taker Alan Scnoll is good for transfers.I can also send his contact information to you.
