What in Charleston, SC should we put on our list of things to do?

When we were at Ocean Ridge over Labor Day, WiFi was only available in the clubhouse. I've only been there once so really don't know enough to be able to recommend a unit/location, so I'm afraid I can't help out there. We were in the area called "Marshside" -the units were a bit older, but clean, spacious and comfortable.
There's so much to do in Charleston..I would start out by taking a carriage ride to get an overview of the city (with history thrown in), then you can see what interests you and go back to those areas.

It will be chilly, but you can still walk on the beach and see the sunset nightly.

I thought with RCI you didn;t get a choice of units?

note though - it is very quiet there - don;t arrive in the dark at night for your first time....there are no streetlights for the turtles!
