Red week, New Orleans $1 plus 1/2 closing cost

:hi: Club La Pension on the edge of French Quarter can be yours for $1 plus 1/2 closing cost, I will pay the other half. Fixed Red week, one bedroom, sleeps four, 21, unit 302 falls around Memorial Day. Virtually everything within walking distance.

2010 maint. ($519.00) fees paid.

Currently have other timeshares and just don't use this one. Normally trade out but with others we have too many weeks in the space bank of RCI.

La Pension is manage by Blue/Green and is a member of RCI and II.

It's about $100 for a basic professional deed transfer.

This may come as a surprise to you, but most deals like this are purchased sight unseen. The OP lives in Virginia, so it's unlikely that they will spend the time and money to meet you in New Orleans for a resort they are giving away, although they may be able to make arrangements with the management. Believe it or not, of the 7 weeks I own, I bought 6 of them without ever seeing the property. In fact, I still haven't seen 3 of them. It is actually fairly easy to research a property online to see if it would suit you.
