Just got my tax valuation for DSV II 2BR Red and and am happy to announce that Riverside County Appraisal finally got it right. The valuation is down to $7160 this year. Two years ago it was over $15K.

Riverside county gave refund for tax a month ago.
I paid 2010 tax last year and they gave $58 refund. Nice!
