Hacienda del Mar shuttle

I read that Hacienda del Mar has a shuttle. Are the times convenient to go to Cabo for dinner? Also, where in Cabo does the shuttle drop off/pick up?

We were there last year. The shuttle ran to a shopping center on the east side of town. We found that for a couple dollars more the two of us could get a taxi right to the restaurant we wanted to dine at.
