I have seen discussions in the past on whether Gold membership at II was worth the extra cash. Those focused on mainly whether you use getaways or Short Stays often.

My question concerns the "Gold Concierge" service. Has anyone ever used this, and can you provide an example of what they did for you?
 
We have had Gold two times and have never used the Concierge service.
