[Interval Weeks Inventory] No progress for 4+ months in closing... My options?

I purchased a starwood week in Bahama from ebay 6 months ago.
Seller was "Interval Weeks Inventory" based in Orlando, FL.
Seller made a reservation for 2011 per my request at payment.
During the last 4+ months, there's no update or progress for closing process.
I sent e-mails and expressed the concern of this case and MF is due soon and 2011 reservation can be cancelled if it's not paid in time.
Finally, I told them yesterday that I would contact my business lawyer to contact FL attorney general if he doesn't send me the proof he's working on it. He promised that he would scan and e-mail the deed to me since last week and he never did.
His reply was not nice and said it would be no problem because he is not the one who took money and don't do anything. He also told me that I needed to think twice about contacting lawyer because it is costly.

So here are the questions :
1) Like he said, attorney general in FL would not do anything for this case? (there's no progress during the last 4+ months)
2) If FL AG is not helpful, is there other way I can claim this in court or any way I can threaten him?

My lawyer is an excellent guy and did great job for my business but I believe he doesn't have much knowledge about timeshares. Any info I can get would be helpful for us and can save time.

How did you pay for the timeshare? With a response like that, I think I would dispute it with my credit card company and get my money back if possible.
 
Hi - did you ever get this resolved? I was thinking about purchasing a property from a listing on tug through this company and not sure if I should based on your experience.
 
yeah... finally, they resolved the problem and had progress.
I purchased my week on June 2011 and still have to go about a month more.
A new deed will be sent to Bahamian attorney tomorrow or Tuesday by FedEx (that's what they said).
They respond to my e-mails very quickly and give me any update on time now.

Yumdrey I appericiate you patiences and also I have done everything in my ability to make this transaction as smooth as possible but we had some issues with the apositile from state of california and the lawyer have yet to respond me my emails from three weeks ago. Mr William Pilchner is not longer with the firm which you have been notified as soon as I got the new attorney handling the file.

You guest reservations has already been made with the name change.

We at IWI will make sure to keep all our clients happy and get them the right timeshare they purchased.
