Ocean Walk, Daytona Beach email notice from Wyndham Vacation Resorts

Seems the lawsuit by the whole owned condo owners is getting interesting. Wyndham has been forced to give up the list of names and addresses to the other side. Thus, there is the notice that YOU will pay Wyndham or your full account will be adversary effected.

If you are an Ocean Walk owner, check you email - same email you get your up coming reservation notices at.
 
I just got the email frpm Ocean Walk VOA

What is going on? How will I be affected as a points owner in Ocean Walk? what is the long term goal here by the Condo assocation? I read that Wyndham is accused of misusing funds, I'm guessing maintenance fees. Question is if the funds are somehow seized, then what happens? Is someone else going to misuse them? Is there somewhere I can go to get an idea what this is all about, other than try and obtain all of the court documents? Thanks

I'm trying to get that info myself, I've been an owner there for 4 years. I just found out today with the email, that's how I ended up here on this BBS actually. Unfortnately I have yet to find any more detail. Looks like when I go down in Feb for the 500 I will be doing some research there. Hopefully this does not cause issues with my vacation(s), maybe I should trade out of Daytona altogether... hmmm...
