Attention Minnesota Tuggers!
Need some volunteers to help with a story on the resale market and upfront fee scammers!
People I need: 1. Must live in Minnesota 2. Need to be trying to, or have previously tried to sell their timeshare on the resale market and been approached by, or victimized by an upfront fee company. 3. willing to talk to a reporter at the star tribune about said issues above! brownie points added if you have had any dealings with Gold Crown Property management! (link below) http://www.tugbbs.com/forums/showthread.php?t=94872 contact me at tug@tug2.net and I will put you in touch, lets help fight more of these resale scams!

Yugo?
And I'm sorry, but Bernie is a slow learner. He'd rather keep paying $1,000 in m/f and sell for $5,000, with the resort on the market for six years, than just unload it for a steal or even give it away.

Brian, I enjoyed reading this article duringe heavy snowfall ... Thanks to TUG, I spend my Christmas in nice condo on St Maarten (SXM), and add one more week renting. It is not for every Minnesotan, but workes great for my family. Glad I found TUG before I signed my contract.
Thanks again, TUG.

Sometimes I think the best thing to do with these resale scammers would be to send a hit man to take care of them.
