udlejning skat

Skat betragtes udlejningsejendom som et selvstændigt selskab, uanset om du er registreret som ansat eller ej. Dette gør det muligt, at ved at lade ejendommen vil være i stand til at bruge de samme gunstige regler, som hvis de havde en rigtig registreret virksomhed.
