I have been trying to sign-on to my new Fairfield points account for the past two days and I keep getting a message that says "Application Error"! I was able to sign-on just three days ago, now I'm getting this error message EVERY TIME I try to sign-on! Is there something wrong with the Fairfield website or is it me?

I've been repeatedly frustrated too since they supposedly did a systems upgrade over yearend. Searches sometimes take well over a minute to return a result and often it will just timeout without returning anything. The search time is especially excruciating if your searching various weeks and properties. It's like the bad ole days of dial-up modems and waiting for minutes after every "enter" key is pressed. I would have thought by now, the problem would have been corrected but it's not. I hope this is not considered normal operating results!

Here I am quoting myself, does that mean I'm going crazy?lol
I figured out that particular problem. It seems that the upgrade made their site more IE specific than it was before. I use Netscape as a browser and I was having the problem. Today I tried IE and had no problem whatso ever.

Hmm.. lemme guess. Are they implementing IRIS on you guys, now, too? Although VIRIS seems more appropriate.
