HGVC good news
About 2 months ago we signed a contract with HGVC to buy a time share at Park Solei(sp). At the end we had a disagreement over the bonus points and with TUG help I began the recission process. We requested the info we needed on the points from our sales person, but that info came after the recission deadline. We filed the recission then, but we never heard from HGVC. We were not given any hopes from TUG veterans and assumed our case was lost. After waiting weeks for a response to our recission letter and hearing nothing we called all of the HGVC numbers we could find. One of those was a member services office since we already owned another HGVC property. A week later we called that number again and were told our case had been assigned to a representative who would look into it in the next few days. About a week later while on vacation we got a call that our recission request had been APPROVED. 5 days later we received a credit on the credit card for the amount we had put down. So, thanks to the help from TUG and the customer service of HGVC we have reached a happy end.
