Free Polynesian Isles Week 46 -Kissimmee, FL

Polynesian Isles is a gorgeous resort close to Disney with a tropical ambiance and laid-back vibe. I LOVE our unit, which is in Phase I and is spacious, quiet, and convenient to the pool. My son's upcoming college tuition and my crazy work schedule makes this sacrifice necessary, so I am willing to give this unit away and pay for the closing and transfer costs through Legal Timeshare Transfers.

This is a 2 bedroom, 2 bath unit that sleeps 6 (is not a lock-off). The 2012 maintenance fees were $853.47 and I am current on all fees, including a special assessment in 2011.

Your usage begins in 2013 and maintenance fees will be due 1/1/2013. Please don't hesitate to contact me with any questions, and grab this great deal quickly before I change my mind

It is fixed week 46 with Saturday check-in, and maintenance fees are due every January 31st. Thanksgiving falls during week 46 this year, however, I have already deposited that week with RCI, so your usage wouldn't begin until 2013. You would not have any fees at closing because I am giving this week away and will pay the closing and transfer fees.
