Am thinking about buying a 1BR Ocean-view Platinum week at the Ocean Club.
2 questions--
1. I've been checking various places that sell these units, but now want to hear from the pros--what's a good price for one of these?
2. What kind of trades does a Plat. 1br get? Would I get any/many 2 BR units in decent places?

I picked up one for $10,900.

Don't know how it trades but figure it's as good as my Ocean Pointe platinums when I trade the 1 bedroom portion.

It's a great renter though. Our plan was to rent it 4 years, recoup most of the costs and then start using it. Marriott's already got the rental contract for '07.
