I am nearly giving away this 1 bedroom jerome unit timeshare. Los Abrigados Resort in Sedona, AZ. I still have 2012 use week available for the new owner. Floating weeks 1 - 52, all year

I receive $50. Buyer pays all recording and transfer fees and its yours. Buyer can choose closing agency. This is deeded.

A gentle suggestion: If you are motivated to find a new home for this timeshare, give it away for free, and pay the transfer fees.

Thank you, but not that motivated, 2012 week is still available for use and you can split the week if needed. It's not banked or reserved at this point.

Not sure many folks would care about 2012 usage at this point. Sumday Vacations was giving away a few of them a few weeks ago. Good luck with it.

a) annual fees ?

b) when does 2012 week expire ?

c) how much is the resort transfer fee ?
