has anyone used or heard of Wish Getaways?

Hacienda Encantada, Playa Grande, Pueblo Bonito Sunset
I was called by the Cabo office of this outfit called Wish Getaways and was offered a getaway similar to what Dream2travel and others offer. (4-6 nights for a few hundred dollars all in if you attend a presentation on day of arrival). They obtained my phone number from a previous getaway that we booked two years ago with one of their "affiliated resorts."
In Cabo they represent Hacienda Encantada/Marina Fiesta and Villa del Palmar. I see NO history on these folks or internet presence other than a somewhat amateur website. They do not have a merchant account and offer payment direct to the resort via paypal which also sends up a big red flag. Are they new or just another scam?
