Sue Duncan at
Duncan Realty & Escrow. She is in the U.S., works with a Bahamas attorney and takes a fee of about $250. The rest of the cost is out-of-pocket expenses paid to others.
In either case, expect total closing costs to be in the $2,000 range or slightly higher. (For those used to closing costs of around $300 for U.S. timeshares, that's not a typo!)
