Just curious....how many timeshares in different sections at WSJ?

Does anyone know the exact number of studios, 1 BR and 2 BR at Virgin Grand Villas (hillside bldgs 31,32,33 and 34)? Also the number of 2 BR and 3 BR at Bay Vista (Bldgs 24, 25, 26 and 27)? 3BR Pool villas?
Are the various villas equally divided as to check-in day (Fri, Sat or Sun)?
I know the new Coral Vista Villas will have 54 units, all studios and 2 BR. Do we know how many of each? After these are built WSJ will have "200 vacation ownership villas" according to SVN. Just curious.........

which means 54 BV VOIs

Some of the breakdown for VGV is a problem because of B31 having 2Bd Prem villas - but I do not have exact number.

There are 24- 3bd pool villas (6 in each building), only 8 -2 bd lofts in Bay Vista (2 in each building)

I thought 16 pool villas - 4 in each building x 4 buildings...
I was wrong - 6/building x 4 = 24 pool villas

And Bay Vista has 3 bedrooms too, correct?

Interesting - I stayed in 2 of them and thought 4/building - guess I wasnt paying attn...

Interesting that the budget has listed 3 Bd Prem villa for VGV - but wonder if that is some type of carry-over from when SW brought WSJ - and they are pool villas captured differently, but need to catagorize them as such..

Also - VGV has fractionals (1/12 of year) - so going to be hard to calc # of VOI types from the budget.

Yes, Bay Vista has two types of 3 bedrooms. One has 3 balconies with 2 master suites(king beds, double sinks) and the other has 2 balconies with only one master suite.

I'm not sure how many of each.

Why aren't there any studios in Bldg.31? I am assuming this has something to do with the 2 BR Premium units. Possibly these are all on 1 floor, 1st level where studios are in the other 3 bldgs?

Yes, you are correct. Building 31 was a building that Starwood developed around 2004/2005 timeframe. They took the 8 studio shells (first floor middle) and created the 2BR premium villas (x 4) in those spots.

And the MFs for those 2Bd Premium are the same as the 3Bd pool villas - OUCH!

Interesting - the VGV budget lists 3Bd Premium villas, but have no idea if these exists and if they do, then where? Any ideas?

There is a trap door in the freecycle shed right under the old suitcases that leads to the tram stop that takes you to the 3BR Premium villas.
No, but seriously, I have heard people refer to the 3BR Pool villas in buildings 43 and 44 as "premium" because they were a newer phase (and have the hot tubs-except 4415). Does this make sense? Now I have to see where you saw the reference in the budget David.

Good one - don't forget about the special 1st class service car for 5*

The 3Bd Premium is listed on the details of the budget - right hand side.

I would prefer a cold-dip pool (~55F) over a hot-tub in StJ - when we had a 3Bd pool villa - it was way too hot outside (~88F) to get into a hot tub (~104F)

Just wanted to add the number of units for each size in the CV phase. I found the information by accident: http://www.thetimeshareauthority.com/2013/11/21/westin-st-john-resort-villas-expansion/

"The Cruz Bay project will include 30 two-bedroom villas, 6 two- bedroom lofts, and 18 studio timeshare villas."

There are 3 buildings in the CV phase (21,22 and 23)

So looks like there are 10 2-bdrm villas, 2 2-bdrm lofts, and 6 studios in each building.
