Wyndhan Royal Sea Cliff - Visit Update

I just wanted to let everyone know what a wonderful time my wife and I had on our trip to the Hawaii. Our stay at the Royal Sea Cliff was exceptional. I've stayed at 6 or 7 Wyndham properties and this was by far our best experience. The staff was exceptionally friendly and helpful. The grounds were beautiful and CLEAN! We stayed in condo 410 on the fourth floor. It has a view of the ocean and mountains. The condo was recently updated.

I happened to be in the apartment when the cleaning people came for their mid-week cleaning(never happened in any other Wyn. resort we have stayed in). I told her how clean everything is and she told me that anything on the 4th floor was hers and she made sure that everything was done well. Pride in ownership! I called the GM Carol and told her how pleased we were with the staff, grounds and condo. The location is about a 20 minute walk(about a mile) to downtown Kona.

Also, they didn't hold my parking pass hostage as has been done at other locations. I told them I wasn't interested in an owner update and they were OK with that. At some point during the week they asked me if I had changed my mind. I told them I hadn't and they didn't bother me with it again.

This was our first trip to Hawaii and it exceeded my expectations by a factor of 10! We will definitely be going back!;)

I own there, but have never stayed there. Went by and asked to look at a unit while on the BI 2 years ago and they accommodated me. I really liked it as well. The staff were super friendly. Im glad you enjoyed your stay.
 
We were there this October 5th through the 10th. Out of the 4 resorts we stayed at in Hawaii, this was our favorite. We were in 110, right next to the quiet pool. Great staff and 110 had recently been renovated. Will definately go back there.
 
This is one of my favorite resorts in Hawaii!

Do you know how the 2 BR PLUS units differ from the regular 2 BR deluxe ones?
