NTHC, Whoever you may be. I have seen that there is a member on TUG with the user ID NTHC. Are you a representative of the "National Timeshare Help Center"? I have received a call from *NTHC*, and I have some questions. I asked the representative that called me to return her call on this Sunday after I have had time to review the website. I am considering selling, or renting 2 of my weeks at Massanutten. However, my 2006 weeks are either banked or used. I am looking at 2007 weeks. Is it too soon to do anything? What is the policy of "NTHC" to accept weeks so far out in the future?

Nthc

Cindi will come back and answer, they are all good people at NTHC. They will take your listing as far in advance as you want, but you have to join their organization and maintain membership. Initial quarter something like $149 and $49/qtr after that. List as many things as you'd like for rent or for sale for no additional fee. If transaction occurs rental is $150 and sale is $400. They are very upfront about everything.

What if any is the connection between the TUGGER with the user name NTHC and the company NTHC?

If you look at the Users List on TUG (top of the page/blue bar) and click on NTHC, there is a link to the company, NTHC, so I would guess they are one and the same.

I am still here, just doing my thing. Just went away for the weekend.
My hubby runs the company. I run the rental department. I do most of the posting here on TUG.

Guess I will stop here because anything else may be considered an ad.

Just to correct an error.....quarterly renewal (every 3 months) is $29.95...not $49

Thanks!

You didn't expect me to get it all right, did you? Plus, that's a lot better than the joining letter I got that said 99.95/qtr!!!

I'm being redundant here, so if this gets deleted, I understand.
Just want to sing NTHC's praises again. I rented from them and not only got great service, but a splendid unit at the Marriott Aruba Surf for an unheard of price. True, it was last minute, but it was sooooo much more affordable from other $$$$ renter pricers. No gouging here, just a good deal for a renter and some rent for the owner who would have had the unit sit empty. Win-win.
I am in no way affiliated with them nor will I seek/accept compensation of any means.
I only want to share my experience with other Tuggers who would benefit from them by renting from them or listing with them.
Deal with confidence.
Thank you Cindi, Marilyn and all....
