Do folks staying at Grande Ocean (owners and exchangers) get free Sea Pine Passes for Vehicles and/or Bikes and/or Walking?

Yes, for both owners and exchangers. You get a pass for your vehicle, good for the entire week, when you check in.
...and/or Bikes and/or Walking?
Yes, if you are a Grande Ocean owner. Simply go to the onsite bicycle rental shop and ask for one. They will normally ask your name and check that against the owner's list.

No, if you are an exchanger, although a few have reported success in getting such passes.

When we rented bikes from the Grande Ocean onsite bike rental, they did give us Sea Pine bike passes. We are Marriott owners, but not GO owners. I am not sure if they will give you passes if you bring your own bikes. I would think that if you called the front desk at MGO prior to your trip, they would let you know.

No, you don't need to rent bikes to get the pass. Guaranteed!

As I noted, some have been successful in getting bike/walking passes even though they are not GO owners. But don't count on it.

Guess exchangers would have to ride or walk on the beach, which at certain times of the year is more fun, anyways.

Right on the check in info sheet it talks about the bike and car pass. We were "2005 exchangers "who own another HH Marriott.

I can tell you some have been denied the pass while staying at GO while others have gotten it.

I just got home and checked my notes. I made a major error in my earlier posts in this thread, for which I humbly apologize. Getting too old, I guess.

The rule is:

1 - GO owners can get a Sea Pines bike/walking pass simply by asking at the onsite bike pass.

2 - Others can get a Sea Pines bike/walking pass by renting a bike at the onsite bike shop.

GO's General Manager confirmed the rule to me in writing last September.

If you meet one of the requirements and are denied a pass, ask to speak to the top onsite manager on duty at the time.
