I am about to purchase my first time share ever. I have no idea if I need to get a broker, or if the process is easy and standard. The property I am interested in is listed on www.sellmytimesharenow.com .

Has anyone dealt with them in the past? Good, bad?

Any info will help. Thanks.

I just looked at some of the prices on Sellmytimesharenow.com and they seem pretty fair.

But before you buy, read the TUG advice on buying a timeshare LINK HERE and the TUG advice Article Timeshare 101 by steve nelson Timeshare101 Both have lots a free and priceless advice.

Good luck

Purchased on Sellmytimesharenow

I purchased a Royal Sands unit off this website last year. They automatically assign you a closing company (not happy with this process) and forward the information to both the seller and the buyer and stay completely out of the transfer. If you are not experienced and are not familiar with timeshare transfers I would suggest you ask on Tug and get a referral for a closing company. Also the closing agent we had did not know the process for transfering a Royal property. (I had to advise them that they needed to use Royals paperwork and how the process was conducted). I would not have a problem buying off of here again but I understand from the seller he had to pay a huge upfront fee somewhere in the neighborhood of $500!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

I find these TS for Westin St John (WSJ) and Westin Maui (WKORV) on this site to be higher in price than I have seen on other sites and on eBay
