Post Southwest airfare

Heard on the news that Southwest is going to raise their prices by about 10.00. Something to do with the fuel. I know they had a contract or purchased alot of fuel so looks like that is about to expire.

Many of the fares on the European LCC's are less than $10. for at least some of the seats. I just bought a ticket on Ryan Air where the airfare was 1 eurocent, and with taxes and fees it still came to less than $20 US.

Maybe we need Ryan Air, Easy Jet, etc. to set up affiliates on this side of the pond, as RIchard Branson is already in the process of doing, setting up Virgin USA airline.
