I am happy to assist you with your question about the new cancellation policy, effective January 1, 2014.
The new cancellation policy only applies to owners who are members of the Starwood Vacation Network (SVN). Since your ownership does not include the SVN, the new cancellation policy does not apply to you; nothing has changed.

I understand that Starwood has imposed new fees for cancellations made less than 60 days prior to a stay. Does this impact me if I am not a member of SVN and need to cancel within the 60 days and then deposit into II / designate for exchange- would I still be charged a fee to do this? Since this is not a resort specific change I imagine the same rules would apply to both the Palmetto and Plantation section of Sheraton Broadway Plantation that I own.
