Question, do we have to worry about outlets at our resort not having the capability to use cords with one prong being larger than the other??

I know I have other questions but I've drawn a blank. Probably the cold snowy day we had today. Just 2 and 1/2 weeks till Cancun and counting...
 
you shouldn't have any problems with standard US plugs, (one prong larger than the other). We've never had a problem with anything we've brought down.

Does Mexico use 110 volts electricity similar to the US?
