Has anyone had any experience with returning their deed to Harborside Atlantis? I've tried to sell my T.S with no luck posting on Tug and redweek. Now I'm trying to give it away but have not had any luck so far. I've spoken with a rep from Sellmytimesharenow but do not want to go that route. I'd like to try to just give it back to the resort but don't know if that's an option. Any good advice is appreciated. Thanks

Is it paid off? Have you listed it in the Bargain Deals subforum? Have you kept the ad fresh? Maybe sweeten the pot by booking a holiday week to pass to a new owner, or throw in a gift card.

That should be a very nice resort for folks who live on the East coast, and with it's relationship with Marriott, I'd think thete is some value.

As to returning it to ths resort, you'd probably need to get a manager's OK to deedit back. That might be easier said than done. Is there a chance that if you give it away, or sell it too cheap that they will exercise ROFR?

Best wishes

Jim

The OP just posted a Bargain Deals Ad on July 15th, so I think they should stick with it awhile, and bump the Ad up by adding a new post to the thread.

Harborside doesn't have ROFR, something I love about that place.

Give freecycle.org a try in the city where the TS is located. It has been sucessful for some here on TUG. Some mods there won't accept TS posts though.
