We're offering an every other year Sedona Springs 2 bedroom unit, next available 2015. Maintenance fee is $824 year (you pay half each year). You can reserve the two units separately and deposit each with RCI. I have done this and received 42 tpu's.

We are greatly cutting back our travel and can't use all the timeshares we have.

Hello Anne, can you expand on the information, does the maintenance fee include RCI account or is that separate? Is this VRI resort, does it trade internal system with them? Any restrictions on resale owners?

My wife stayed here on girls getaway, very nice units with upgraded granite/stainless fireplace, two story, jet tub in 2nd floor master. Sleeps 8.

The RCI account is separate. It is VRI and can trade internally. I have only deposited into RCI (split the 1 bedroom and 1 bedroom with loft and deposit separately for max tpu).

Is this a floating week or a deeded week? (Please give either the fixed week or the range.) Thank you. Joe

Two more questions, if I may. Does it lock off as two 1 bedrooms or as a 1 bedroom and a studio? How about kitchens in the lock off units - full and full, or full and partial? Thanks again.

We did deposit 2015 with RCI but we are now ready to give this away if anyone is interested.

Next use is 2017. We received a bill (1/2 of the fees) and will pay this. The 2nd half will be due next year.

If anyone is interested let me know. Thanks.

Anne

We have owned at SS since 1996 (actually, it was our first TS purchase!). The unit locks off to a 1b and a studio. While the studio only has a mini kitchen, it is quite adequate for a week unless you want to roast a Turkey. The 1br side is huge - the total 2b unit is over 1300sq ft.

It is only $11 to split the unit and reserve separate weeks. I'm not sure if all owners get this next feature, but we can also split our week into a 3 day visit and 4 day visit - extra fees of course, $11 again plus $89 cleaning fee.

We generally split our unit, but this is the first year we have ever split the week.

Plus, it is now (for the last number of years) dual affiliated, RCI or II, you take your pick. I have deposited to both companies in the last few years.

I'd take you up on your kind offer but we already own too many ts!

I know this is a SUPER old listing but do you still have it, by chance?
Good luck. Why don't you try direct messaging the OP?
