Some details on the 2nd class action against RCI

According to a newsalert from Timesharing Today, the case is captioned Murillo vs. RCI and is case number 06-1222 in federal district court, but it does not say which district the case is filed in. Four major class action law firms, from NJ, NY, DC, and Ill. are involved.
