I am looking to purchase 5 adult and 1 child ticket for 5 days at WDW at our local AAA. They only sell 1 day tickets tho. I understand I can upgrade these to add the park hopper to the 5 day ticket at WDW. Where do I upgrade (at the ticket booth?) and how much more would I have to pay per ticket for the hopper upgrade?

Or should I just order on line and be done with it?

I would check the online prices and see if it's worth it to buy just the one day and upgrade or not. Sometimes you can get some kind of discount or deal on the Disney site. I would "think" you would need to go to a ticket booth at one of the DisneyWorld parks to upgrade. That would mean standing in line :annoyed: . It might not be worth it.

Yes you are probably right about waiting in line for an upgrade when we could be spending time in the park. With AAA we get a voucher for diamond parking which they said is up front near the handicap parking.
As far as hopping we plan on doing that.

Arrvg Sat am and staying at All Star Movie and straight to MK. On Sun am go to AK before it gets too hot til mid afternoon, then go to HGVC and check in and back to MK at nite for extra magic hr. Then hit highlights at Epcot and head for MGM one day or 2 Still have a day or 2 left on a 5 day hopper plus we have universal tickets.

Busy week Will need a vacation when we get home!!!! Almost doing a one month count down :)

Why worry about parking. You can take their bus from where you are staying. We were there for 5 days in Jan. and only used their bus system and got around just fine. No wait times more than 5 mins. or so. We stayed at Pop Century. Our DW experience was quite stress free and would do the same in a heart beat. Have Fun.

We always buy our tickets through AAA just so we can get the parking passes. The parking is right up front in the lots. The only time we have had a problem with the parking is at Animal Kingdom. AAA parking is very limited there and fills up fast. However, we've never had to park far in spite of that.

Personally, I don't like using the WDW transportation. When traveling with our children, we've found it quicker to use our own car.
