Yes, I have always used the TS Today resale kit. It's comprehensive, with contingencies for points, RTU, deeded weeks, and any variation thereof. I wouldn't dream of doing a sales transaction without it. We've sold 3 weeks with the help of the kit. It's worth every penny.

The kit has an excellent sales contract and includes (for example) optional mandatory language if you, the other party or the timeshare are located in Florida to avoid a one-year right of recision!
The instructions are clear and allow you to process the entire transaction yourself, although that's almost impossible to do in some states.
Get the kit and then decide whether to do it yourself, based on what's in the kit. If you can't get comfortable with the instructions, you might consider using the sales contract and engaging a low-cost timeshare closing company to handle the legal details, such as escrowing funds and preparation of the deed. Then build on that by doing the whole transaction yourself next time.
