We own at Waterside and have seen Spinnaker ad for new TS on HHI. Is anyone familiar with this new complex??

It is out by Hudson's and Charley's Crab so it will have water view but not beach. We saw the construction when we went to CC last week and then I saw an add in the Island Events. This wouldn't be my favorite location to vacation on the island but then I haven't seen the finished product.

I think its called Blue water or Blue Heron? And I think I read that they would have a beach access with cabana somewhere.

Is this site by an old marina on the Island or is it off the main highway?

It's almost a mile north of 278, off of Squire Pope Road. You can do a Google.com/maps search for either of the businesses Janette refrred to and see where it is.
