Also, be careful because the renting or selling of (1) weeks deposited with major exchange companies or (2) weeks obtained from such companies violates your terms of membership and would likely subject you to suspension of privileges, loss of any banked weeks and cancellation of any reservations, including one that the person you sell to would have. That would make for a very difficult legal situation for you if your buyer/renter shows up and finds there is no place to stay because the exchange company canceled the reservation.
