Possible Fall 2006 trip

One of my co-workers is just starting to plan her first vacation in 10 years. She turns 60 in October and has decided to have some fun. She wants to take an escorted tour trip perhaps to Seattle, Vancouver and Victoria. Does anyone have any advice or any good agents or websites? She will be going alone so tours with minimal single supplement (or none) would be best.
She isn't locked on the destination so if anyone has had a great experience somewhere else, let me know!

Re: Possible Fall 2006 trip

We are leaving on our 4th Grand Circle tour in September www.gct.com
They have many different tours, for different time periods...mostly 2 weeks or more. Mostly seniors, mixed and singles. Some have 'doubled' up with an unknown person of the same sex to get the 'double' price not the single supplement.

We are taking their 'Northwest National Parks' tour leaving from Seattle, going to Glacier NP, then up to Banff & Lake Louise, and down to Vancouver, and back to Seattle. They usually stay 2 or 3 nights in each of the areas they visit. Some meals included, some extra tours/sightseeing included. Some have "home hosted" meals with locals...always a highlight. Grand Circle also offers pre & post trip extensions, if interested. We are staying two extra nights in Seattle after the tour. The Pre trip is a few days in Victoria.

Have her check out their website and if she wants she can email me for any additional information.
