Christmas Charter Schedule for Mexico is out now..

For all our Canadian Tuggers, the Christmas charter flight schedule for Signature Vacations using SkyService Planes is now out and available for booking. Our flight from Toronto to Puerto Vallarta came to $1069 per person plus taxes flying on December 22, and returning 14 days later..

Go get 'em Tuggers.

Re: Christmas Charter Schedule for Mexico is out now..

Wow, I am surprised at how early this all seems....
Normally, I don't get the brochures from my travel agent till sometime
in August !!!

You know what they say.....the early bird gets the worm. Congrats,
sounds like you are well organized and ready for the Christmas vacation!!

Our family did PV for 2 years in a row at Christmas (Paradise Village, Embarcadero Pacifico) and now they tell me they want to try Cancun next!!

(I was just in Cancun during February (with my sister) and would love
to return with my family) Soooo, I will probably be checking airflights,
as well.

Again, thanks for the heads up !!! It still seems early to me; but I am so
glad a fellow Tugger is first up. Congrats !!

Regards,

Re: Christmas Charter Schedule for Mexico is out now..

Yes I know it seems early, but this is the secnd year when the Christams schedule has come out during the first week in May - and yes - based on last year's experiences going to Cancun - I was waiting for it.

I was a little surprised by the cost of the flight (I was hoping that it would be around $1000 tax in) - but I see that Cancun from TO is within $20 of the $1069 without taxes so I guess it reflects the high cost of a litre of jet fuel....

Re: Christmas Charter Schedule for Mexico is out now..

so it isn't just Acapulco seems high?

I am actually quite surprise at cost of flying to Mexico, all around $1000, I thought it used to be around $600.

I have been searching yyz-aca for weeks now, also exploring alternative such as award seats, free companion tickets. etc. Just can't seem to come up with that right combination.

Hi Jill: I don't think it's going to come down anytime soon.. Evene when I searcvhed for a Christams day flight - which traditionally has been a slow day , the cost is up there. So I locked in - I'd rather pay the higher price than not get there for our holiday...
